Without limiting the generality of these Terms, in using the Services, you specifically agree not to engage in any activity that, in our sole discretion violate our Guidelines and Policies; is illegal, or violates any law including but not limited to regulation, guidelines, and orders of any competent authority.

Distributes computer viruses or other code, files, or programs that interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or electronic communications equipment; Interferes with, disrupts, or destroys the functionality or use of any features of the Services or the servers or networks connected to the Services;

Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India or of the country of use, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting any other nation; or modifies, copies, scrapes or crawls, displays, publishes, licenses, sells, rents, leases, lends, transfers or otherwise commercialize any rights to the Services or Our Content;

You hereby agree and assure Maland Communications Pvt. Ltd. that the Site/Services shall be used for lawful purposes only and that you will not violate laws, regulations, ordinances, or other such requirements of any applicable Laws.

While placing an order you shall be required to provide certain details. You agree to take particular care when providing these details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of placing an order. By providing these details, you express your acceptance of Maland Communications Pvt. Ltd.'s terms and privacy policies.

You are requested to read the description and terms and conditions for every Service that is opted by you. The description of the Services may vary from time to time and the User shall be liable for any consequence arising out of the amendment to the description of services.

Maland Communications Pvt. Ltd. charges a fee to access the Services including but not limited to streaming of channels and movies that require a subscription in order to offer Content. The fee charges and terms for the Services on subscription shall vary from one Service to another and shall be notified by Maland Communications Pvt. Ltd. from time to time. You agree that your subscription is for individual use only and your subscription is limited to only the time frame allotted for streaming the videos or channels ordered by you at that time. Maland Communications Pvt. Ltd. reserves the sole right to limit the number of devices that may be used by the User for availing the Services at any given point of time. Additionally, you agree that for various reasons, such as restrictions from content licensors and other limitations or considerations from third parties, certain Content that may be accessible through one Access Point may not be accessible through another Access Point.

By providing credit card, or other payment method accepted by Maland Communications Pvt. Ltd. ("Payment Method") for your subscription, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you a monthly subscription fee and any other fees for additional services you may purchase, and any applicable taxes in connection with your use of your subscription to the Payment Method. If you want to use a different Payment Method than the one you signed up to use during registration, or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your Payment Method. When you provide a Payment Method to access a subscription, our system will attempt to verify the information you entered. We do this by processing an authorization hold, which is a standard practice. We do not charge you in connection with this authorization hold. If your Payment Method expires and you do not edit your Payment Method information or cancel your account, you authorize us to continue billing, and you will remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. As used in these Terms, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method.

The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and one month will be considered to be of 30 days irrespective of the number of days in a month. So, a 6-month subscription will correspond to 30x6 days and a yearly subscription will be 30x12 days unless and until you cancel your subscription or the account or service is otherwise suspended or discontinued pursuant to these Terms. You acknowledge that the amount billed each Monthly Period may vary due to changes in your subscription, and changes in applicable taxes, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for the corresponding amounts. If Maland Communications Pvt. Ltd. changes the subscription fee or other charges for your subscription, we will give you advance notice of these changes. However, we will not be able to notify you of changes in any applicable taxes.

Your subscription will continue in effect on a month-to-month basis (one month being equal to 30 days) unless and until you cancel your subscription or the account or service is otherwise suspended or discontinued pursuant to these Terms. You must cancel your subscription before your monthly renewal date in order to avoid the next billing (each Monthly Period). We will bill the monthly subscription fee plus any applicable taxes to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current Monthly Period - this means that you will have continued access to your subscription for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund. Non-payment of subscription leads to automatic suspension of services and it will resume once a subscription is renewed by paying.

Once an Order is placed by you and accepted by Maland Communications Pvt. Ltd. it is not eligible for cancellation.

You acknowledge and agree that the services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and that your use of the services shall be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maland Communications Pvt. Ltd, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, branches, subsidiaries, and licensors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the services in mediums including but not limited to mobile apps, software applications and your use of them. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Maland Communications Pvt. Ltd. make no warranties or representations that the services have been and will be provided with due skill, care and diligence or about the accuracy or completeness of the services' content and assume no responsibility for any (i) Errors, Mistakes, or Inaccuracies of content, (ii) Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the services, (iii) Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein, (iv) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services, (v) Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the services through the actions of any third party, (vi) Any loss of your data or content from the services and/or (vii) Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the services.

Any material streamed or otherwise obtained through the use of the services is done at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or other devices or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. Unless you have been expressly authorized to do so in writing by Maland Communications Pvt. Ltd, you agree that in using the services, you will not use any trademark, service mark, trade name, logo from any movie, channel, or video in a way that is likely or intended to cause confusion about the owner or authorized user of such marks, names or logos. Some of the services may be supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions. Maland Communications Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible or liable for any error or omission, inaccuracy in advertising material, or any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of such other advertiser(s) on the site and mobile apps.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maland Communications Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, branches, subsidiaries, and licensors from and against any third-party claims, damages (actual and/or consequential), actions, proceedings, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) suffered or reasonably incurred by us arising as a result of, or in connection with: (i) Your information, (ii) Your unauthorized use of the Services, or products or services; (iii) Your access to and use of the Services; (iv) Your violation of any rights of another party; or (v) Your breach of these Terms, including, but not limited to, any infringement by you of the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party.

We may terminate your use of the Services and deny you access to the Services in our sole discretion for any reason or no reason, including your: (i) violation of these Terms; or (ii) lack of use of the Services. (iii)Any Content Violations occurred, then User shall be Terminated, i.e.: subscriber has only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to Maland Communications Pvt. Ltd.’s content. You agree that any termination of your access to the Services may be affected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and/or bar any further access to your account or the Services. If you use the Services in violation of these Terms, we may, in our sole discretion, retain all data collected from your use of the Services. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for discontinuation or termination of your access to the Services.

By accessing the Services through a mobile or other devices, you may be subject to charges by your Internet or mobile service provider, so check with them first if you are not sure, as you will be responsible for any such costs.
